Yes. Most of our students had zero apartment investing experience when they started. We break everything down step-by-step and make sure no one gets left behind.

Q: I don't have $500k to invest. Can I still do this?

Definitely. The whole point of the JV Operator Model is that YOU don't need to bring the capital. You find the deal, structure the partnership, and split profits with a capital partner.

Q: I have a full-time job. Can I do this part-time?

100%. Most of our students keep their W2s while building their portfolios. This isn't a full-time job; it's a system. You need about 10 hours a week. That's all it takes to build a cash-flowing portfolio. You can do this.

Q: What if I can't attend all 3 days live?
